Instructions to make to make Pizza

  1. For the dough, mixed all your dried ingredients and make a wall in the center, add the milk, oil and mixed well, then add warm water and mix until all the ingredients are combined (beat and kneed a little more for a perfect dough).
  2. Grease work surface with oil, add little amount of water and kneed the dough until soft and smooth, then grease bowl with the little oil, cover and allow to rise for like an hour or until it doubles in size.
  3. Meanwhile prepare your fillings, marinate your chicken or minced meat by adding the seasoning and spices of your choice like salt, chilli powder, cumin, garlic, black pepper, ginger, lemon and olive oil etc, mix well and cover, put it in the fridge to marinate for like 20 to 3 minutes.
  4. In a pan, add a little oil and saute the chicken cubes, add some seasoning if needed, then add water and allow to simmer on a low heat till tender and the water has dried then set to cool
  5. Prepare your dough, grease your pizza tray then deflate the dough and spread the dough in a pizza tray with the help of your fingers and using your fingers from the crust, use a fork to prick the middle of the dough.
  6. Lightly brush the dough with olive oil then spread with the pizza sause, sprinkle the cheese all over the dough and then spread the mushrooms and chicken cubes or minced meat on top, then top with the onion, green pepper, and basil leaves with your optional cooked sweet corn,
  7. Top with more cheese (mozzarella cheese for a perfect pizza)
  8. Now, bake in a preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
  9. Served and enjoy with a chilled drink of your choice
